Title: Chestnut Chocolate Dessert (Mf)

Yield: 4 Servings

15 1/2ozChestnuts; canned
1/2cUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cConfectioner's sugar
2tbDark rum; (up to 3)
1/4cUnwhipped heavy cream
3/4cHeavy cream; whipped

Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and 1/4 cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.

Yield: 4 servings
